Overview

MineFlad is a gamified mining protocol on BNB Chain where players compete in continuous 60-second rounds to earn BNB and $FLAD. Every round has real stakes, real winners, and real payouts — no simulation, no points.

The game runs on a 5×5 grid of 25 blocks. Each round you deploy BNB onto the blocks you think will win. When the timer hits zero, one winning block is selected through commit–reveal. A 1% round fee is taken from all deployed BNB, and a 10% fee is applied to the losing pool. The remaining BNB from losing blocks is redistributed to miners on the winning block, proportional to what each player deployed.

On top of BNB, winners receive $FLAD. Those tokens are never minted — the treasury buys them from the open market with protocol revenue. Supply stays fixed at 1,000,000,000 forever.
